Annual Homeowners’ Meeting
Each October, as required by the Woodlands Covenants and By-Laws, the board organizes a meeting of the homeowners to provide reports on the past year, outline plans for the coming year, to report on elections, and to present the next year’s budget for approval. This meeting is usually held on the third Thursday in October, from 7-8:30pm over a zoom digital meeting space. A packet will be mailed to each homeowner in advance. This will include end-of year reports and budgets. Please see the newsletter and/or email announcements for the zoom information. If for some reason you are a homeowner who isn’t receiving these items, please put in an HOA Request on this website.
