Next regular meeting:   Because of COVID-19, Board Meetings are now held with Zoom. You will receive an emailed Notice with Agenda two to three days prior to the meeting. Meetings are generally held on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm.

Annual Homeowners Meeting

Each October, as required by the Woodlands Covenants and By-Laws, the board organizes a meeting of the homeowners to provide reports on the past year, to outline plans for the coming year, to conduct elections, and to present for approval a budget for the coming year.
