Where Do I Mail My HOA Fees?

Please make sure to include your name and unit number when paying your fees.
Checks should be made out to The Woodlands Winding Brook HOA.

Fees
Monthly payments are due on the first of each month. Homeowners also pay an annual insurance premium which underwrites the cost of the umbrella policy to cover the HOA common areas each year. This premium is based on the square footage of each unit and is therefore a variable cost to homeowners, dependent on the size of their individual unit. Insurance bills are mailed to homeowners in December for the following year. Homeowners have the option to pay their insurance fees in two installments: the first is due by January 31st and the second is due June 30th.
Please note that homeowners need additional insurance to cover their unit as private property.
Monthly fees (not including insurance) for this year are:
- Units without a garage: $440. per month.
- Units with one (1) garage: $455. per month.
- Units with two (2) garages: $470. per month.
